Galway as outlined in drawing numbers D1000, D200 and D300 attached and comprising; All design and construction services necessary to complete the demolition of the existing two storey structures and roofs to three no. mid terrace dwellings with retention of the existing roof slates for reuse where possible ,site clearance, propping of adjacent buildings and structures, propping of front façade wall to the N69 road and providing a secure site together with repair works to all associated infrastructure and site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
