We are open to the supply of 2 options: 1. OPTION 1 – NEW Windrow Turner and NEW Tractor suitable to Drive the Windrow Turner. 2. OPTION 2 – SECOND HAND Windrow Turner and SECOND-HAND Tractor suitable to Drive the Windrow Turner. Suppliers can quote for both or just 1 of these options. We will go to contract on just one of these options This contract is funded via the Just Transition fund
