The Board of Management of St. Mary’s Secondary School Mallow requires the provision of healthy, balanced and nutritious catering services to students and staff at affordable prices. Users of the canteen will be mainly comprised of the student population but will also include teaching and ancillary staff and authorised visitors to the school.
