Parliament Bridge is included in the Record of Protected Structures and is listed on the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage. Rehabilitation works to Parliament Bridge comprise of reinstatement of the bridge parapet, vegetation removal, masonry repointing, masonry cleaning, duct installation, carriageway reinstatement, footway paving and parapet lighting installation. The perspective tenderer shall ensure that all works are undertaken in accordance with conservation best practice and that all necessary resources are provided to protect the environment, watercourse, and Special Area of Conservation (SAC). Please note, the completion of a Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) is required as part of the applicant’s tender submission.
