The successful consultancy team will also be required to progress the preferred design option through the planning process. The scope of the brief also stipulates the requirement of fulfilling the role of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) along with the procurement of specialist services, and all other services as prescribed, to advance the scheme.
