The role of the Programme Director will comprise of: working directly with the Co-Chairs of ‘Balance for Better Business’ (B4BB) to plan and implement the initiative for the next 12-24 months. B4BB is an independent, business-led Review Group established by the Irish Government to improve gender balance in senior business leadership in Ireland. The Review Group is supported by a wider ‘Advisory Group’, which consists of high-level executives and CEOs. The Review Group is supported in its work by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
