Tenders are sought for a Flow Cytometric Cell Sorter to enable research at Maynooth University. It will serve across many thematic priorities in MU, including health, where it will be used to investigate mechanisms of disease in conditions such as Obesity, Cancer, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Allergy. The University is seeking a low maintenance, robust Flow Cytometric Cell Sorter that produces minimal waste in line with Maynooth University’s sustainability initiatives. The system MUST include a minimum of seven (7) detection channels (or equivalent; including FSC and SSC); i.e. detection and differentiation of ≥ 5 different fluorochromes per sample.
