Description:
The University manages risk in line with the Code of Governance (interim), existing statutory and legal obligations and relevant regulations. The Technological Universities Act 2018 requires the University to provide for and maintain a system of risk management. The University wishes to have a risk software system in place that enables risk to be assessed and managed in a comprehensive manner. The purpose of this contract is to secure a risk system which is a single, unified platform capable of delivering the necessary tools to drive and enhance a best practice culture in corporate governance, risk and compliance across the University. The contract will be for two years with the possibility of two extensions of one year each to a maximum contract term of four years
