Kildare County Council wish to procure a contractor and PSCS to undertake the construction of a new housing development to be called Barrack Close at Woodstock Street, Athy, Co Kildare. The new development comprises the construction of 3 houses and 2 apartments, site development works and also the refurbishment to an existing house. The site development works including works to construct new footpaths, parking and all associated site development and landscaping works. Suitably qualified contractors are invited to submit tenders. The Suitability Assessment Questionnaire response forms an important part of the tender and must also be submitted with the tender.
