Description:
This RFT provides for the provision of services for seizure, accommodation to release/rehome or dispose of horses in accordance with the Control of Horses Act 1996. This horse seizure, collection and accommodation service will consist of the rounding up and seizure of stray or wandering horses (which may include horses abandoned on private property without the owner’s consent) and their removal to a horse pound facility/premises to be provided by the successful Tenderer and which must be approved in accordance with the relevant legislation.
