Description:
In our ongoing efforts to enhance the educational experience and provide flexible teaching options, we propose the installation of a simple and efficient lecture capture system in strategically selected classrooms across the university. This system will allow lecturers to record their sessions directly to a USB drive and also to our cloud video storage solution Panopto, offering them the flexibility to edit and polish the content before making it available online. The contract should allow for regular reviews to ensure that the proposed solution remains aligned with SETU's evolving needs and technological advances. The successful tenderer shall be contracted to SETU for 12 months (plus optional extra 3 X 12 months).
