The AMS should provide an end to end solution that covers the entire Internal and EU audit process including installation. The services will include implementing a software system that meets Internal and EU Audit Unit's requirements, providing training and support for the software, upgrading the software at regular intervals and providing backup and recovery services to ensure continuity of availability of the software.
