IDA Ireland is the owner of an Advanced Office Building held under lease by a single tenant. The location of the property is within the IDA National Technology Park, Co. Limerick. It is now necessary for the IDA to manage this property as a Multi Let Building and fill the roll of multi let landlord. All floor areas and building particulars are contained in Scope. The Project Management led Multi-Disciplinary Team should consist of suitably qualified and experienced resources including a Project Manager, Architect Designer, M and E Engineers, Health and Safety Consultant, Fire and Accessibility access consultant, Assigned Certifier, PSDP, QS, Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer and Energy Management or Sustainability Consultant and any specialist advisors to provide design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of the project. The scope of services for the Project Management Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team will include (1) Technical Due Diligence and Preliminary Design (2) Detailed Design (3) Tender, Evaluation and Award (4) Construction and (5) Handover.
