- In order to comply with the conditions set out by An Bord Pleanala for the Section 177AE permission for the works, Donegal County Council now seek to engage the services of a suitably qualified Ecologist to supervise works, carry out pre and post construction surveys, and to ensure all migration measures, including those set out in Section 8 of the Natura Impact Assessments, area implemented in full. This is in the interest of protecting the environment and European Sites, namely, the Slieve Tooey/Tormore Island/Loughros Beg Bay SAC, West Donegal Coast SPA and the Maas Road/West of Ardara SAC and in the interest of public health
