- IADT's new Digital Media Building is currently under construction on the campus in Dun Laoghaire. When completed it will accommodate a 600 plus seater restaurant, barista station and full service kitchen with servery on it's ground floor. The catering equipment supplied by this tender competition will be installed as part of the fit out of the commercial kitchen, servery, barista station and main restaurant seating areas within this building. In addition the successful tenderer will be required to provide maintenance services for the equipment for a period of time as noted in the tender documents.
