The work covered by the Works Requirements and Pricing Document comprises the construction of three detached community dwellings for intellectual disability use at Pallasgreen, Co. Limerick for the Health Service Executive. The proposed development is located on a greenfileld site adjacent to a soccer club at Garrane Beg and accessed off the grove Garrane Beg, Pallasgreen, Co. Limerick. The Contractor must confine his operations within the areas in the immediate vicinity of the works being executed at any time. Refer to the works requirements for the nature and extent of the Works. Upon completion the Community Dwellings will house up to 12 No. residents with moderate to high levels of Intellectual Disability from a Congregated Setting within the HSE Disability Service.
