Local Enterprise Office Carlow wishes to engage a service provider to deliver the various stages of the Student Enterprise Programme (SEP) in second level schools within the County. The provision of a quality schools Enterprise Programme is central to the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) enterprise promotional activities. NB: Please note the above tender is designed on the basis of the current Student Enterprise Awards Programme and should the programme change . Carlow County Council reserve the right to amend the work on the basis of the pricing matrix provided for the project. The programme will be promoted to Carlow schools across 3 categories - junior, intermediate and senior. Local Enterprise Office Carlow wishes to engage a service provider to deliver up to four workshop/masterclasses to secondary schools in Carlow. • To promote entrepreneurship among second level schools in County Carlow who wish to take part in the SEA Programme. There are 11 schools in the County. • To attract and recruit schools and students to the Programme and thereby maximize the numbers participating in the Programme. • To provide guidance, support and advice to teachers and students in the area of youth enterprise. • To engage with the students and teachers by providing talks/classes/tutorials in schools / virtually in respect of enterprise development and the SEP. • To develop good relationships and buy-in with school representatives and other key players in the area of enterprise education in the County. For this tender, it is imperative that the service deliverer presents a blended approach of delivering the Programme. It is envisaged that most masterclasses/workshops maybe delivered remote to schools or face-to-face delivery can be delivered, if requested by the School. • To promote entrepreneurship among second level schools in County Carlow who wish to take part in the SEA Programme.
