Waterways Ireland are seeking a suitable resource to further develop our existing Asset Management Long Term Planning Tool, Planning Tool, with the objective of providing a robust asset planning resource to stakeholders. The solution must incorporate asset cost, condition, and consequence to provide forecast of asset life budgets, life cycle, asset interventions and life costs forecasts to stakeholders. The solution shall incorporate performance KPM, consequence, along with future value measures to allow for prioritization of resource across Waterways 18 principal assets to asset stakeholders.
