Gas Networks Ireland (“GNI”) is seeking to establish a new legal panel to support the in-house legal team when advising and supporting GNI and any subsidiary, holding company or affiliated company of GNI, including GNI (UK) Limited, as well as any subsidiary of a subsidiary or holding company of GNI (the “Affiliates”). The work is divided into six Lots covering all practice areas: six Lots comprise work in the Republic of Ireland (incl. legal support solutions) and one Lot comprises work across the UK. Up to a maximum of 19 providers will be appointed across all Lots.
