Description:
The Commissioner of An Garda Síochána invites tenders to this request for tenders for the establishment of a single supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of a managed printing and postage service. The Contractor will have to interact with An Garda Síochána and the Courts Service ICT systems. The primary objective for An Garda Síochána in undertaking this procurement process is to procure a Printing and Distribution / Posting service for Fixed Charge Notices and the printing of District Court summonses, and where appropriate incorporating the third payment option, for Garda prosecutions. An Garda Síochána will award an initial Contract for the Provision of Printing and Distribution/Posting service for Fixed Charge Notices and the printing of District Court summonses in parallel with the establishment of the Framework Agreement. Note 1: An Garda Síochána considers the Annexes to Appendix 1 to be confidential. Tenderers must complete the attached Confidentiality Undertaking and return a scanned copy of the signed undertaking by way of eTenders Message to receive the Annexes. Tenderers should send an original copy of the Confidentiality Undertaking to the Procurement Unit, Garda HQ, Phoenix Park, Dublin 8. Copies of the Annexes will only be distributed to Tenderers who can confirm that they have the Capacity to fulfil the Tender requirements. Note 2: TUPE may apply to two employees of the incumbent provider. An Garda Síochána has sought TUPE information for the two individuals. The TUPE information will be provided to Tenderers who have, (i) submitted a completed Confidentiality Undertaking, referenced above, and (ii) confirmed that they have the Capacity to fulfil the Tender requirements.
