The proposed development at Brennan’s Lane will involve the construction of a high quality public realm space and pedestrian connectivity, while The Shambles will put life back into an under-utilised urban space for multi-purpose community and tourism use. Funding, under the Town and Village Renewal Scheme, has been secured for this project, and it is planned to proceed to construction as soon as possible.
