Description:
An Irish manufacturer of prepared sauces and condiments is seeking to procure flexible, automated bottle filling and capping plant capable of filling and capping bottles with sauces such as mayonnaise , ketchup or BBQ sauces that have varying flow characteristics. The plant must be capable of filling bottles ranging from 1 - 5 Litres in volumetric capacity and applying heat treated foil seals and screw-on caps. It must incorporate printing functionality to print dates and batch numbers on labels, and convey filled bottles to a point for aggregation and packing. An acceptable processing capacity will range between 1,000 - 2,000 bottles per hour.
