Description:
The LWETB on behalf of the Project Stakeholders intend to appoint an Architectural/Building Services Engineering led client-side technical advisory team. This multi-disciplinary technical advisory team will be required to provide all the services included in this tender and work closely with the ER/Programme Manager, Rogerson Reddan. The consulting Architect or Building Service Engineer will be required to perform the role of the Technical Advisory Architect/Engineer and TA lead during Stages (iii) to (v). The multidisciplinary technical advisory teams will comprise the following disciplines Team lead, Architect (or Building Services Engineer) Energy Efficiency Design Specialist (Appendix B - Scope of Services for EED and M and V for TA appointment) Mechanical and Electrical/Building Services Engineer Monitoring and Verification Specialist (Appendix B - Scope of Services for EED and M and V for TA appointment) Clerk of Works The multidisciplinary TA team will be required to provide due diligence services for the Design and Build (public works with contractor design) contract from stages (iii) – (v) of the Capital Works Management Framework.
