The National Ambulance Service is seeking to source a provider who can supply suitably qualified instructors to supplement the NAS driver training faculty as and when required, in the provision of ESDS Level Two training. These instructors will work alongside the NASC driver training faculty during the delivery of a level two ESDS course. While the required services listed subject to Article 74 of the Supplies and Services Directive (for non-priority Services listed in Annex XIV subject to light touch regulation), the HSE is using a procedure analogous to the OJEU Open Procedure
