The new building is part two and part three-storey and is c. 8,085 sq.m in area. The Electrical Reserved Specialist shall be responsible for the complete electrical services installations associated with the project including for appointing sub-specialists for the following installations - Electrical Site Services, Distribution Services, Small Power Services, Lighting + Emergency Lighting Services, BMS/AOV/EOV installations in coordination with specialists, Power services for mechanical plant, Electrical Services for Lift system, Communications Systems, Fire Detection Alarm System, Disabled Refuge System, Lightning Protection System
