- The Services required comprise of the supply of specialised ICT and Technical Support staff on fixed term and temporary basis to the Contracting Authority as part of a multi-party Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority has an ongoing requirement for additional ICT resources as the need arises. Typically, this includes Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support and maintenance for DDLETB's network infrastructures, user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, hybrid devices etc.), AV equipment, printers, scanners and a wide variety of educational equipment and tools with an ICT component (e.g. 3d printers). However, the required resources can also include specialist skillsets such those listed in Appendix 1 of the RFT document.
