This is an Open Invitation to Tender where suitably qualified applicants are invited to respond for inclusion in a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement that will provide a panel of service providers (Skippers) that the Institute will draw from through mini-competitions from March 2024 to December 2026. The maximum number of service providers to be awarded contracts will be 50. Ideally, these would be equally distributed across 5 geographic regions.
