New floor coverings, mechanical and electrical upgrade, selected new internal and external doors, windows and minor alterations to ground floor. Adjustments to existing footpaths, rear entrance and surface water drainage system to provide a disabled car park space at Dillon House, Main Street, Ballaghaderreen, Co Roscommon, on behalf of Roscommon County Council.
