- The National Council for Special Education(NCSE), a statutory body under the aegis of the Department of Education, requires a Lease Management platform to enable the Facilities team to track and manage their entire portfolio of leased properties, including asset/inventory tracking and storing relevant information on all properties and assets in one centralised area. Automation of notifications to team members, comprehensive analytics and generation of customised reporting are also important features. The system should be equipped to automate tasks involved in the management of a property portfolio and thereby minimise the manual interaction by the Facilities team.
