SETU is seeking the supply of a range of ergonomic operator seating and sit/stand desks to meet the University’s requirements. The University regularly updates furniture supplies and therefore requires a provider who can supply the following items within a reasonable time period: • General Furniture Standards • Specific Standards - Ergonomics • Specific Standards - Office Furniture • Specific Standards - Materials • Electric Height Adjustable Desks 2.. The successful company will be required to supply and deliver to all of the following campuses: Carlow, Waterford, Wexford, Wicklow 3. All furniture must be robust and suitable for use in an educational setting – please refer to Section E, Specification and warranty periods. 4. Brochures should be submitted of each type of seating included in the RFT and samples may be requested of the above furniture before award of contract. 5. Appendix 1 must be completed and signed. Failure to do so may result in an invalid quotation submission. 6. The contact details of a designated person who will liaise with the University should be provided at the outset of the contract. 7. The successful company will be required to complete SETU’s online Contractor Induction Training programme prior to the commencement of the contract and complete refresher training as required. 8. The contract will be awarded for a period of up to one years with an option to extend for 2 X 12 month extension period subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor.
