- The purpose of this tender process conducted under Annex XIV of the 2014/24/EU Procurement directives is for the Health Services Executive, Meath Disability Services to procure two 5 bed HIQA registered Respite Services Centres. This tender will be divided into two lots as follows; Lot One: The Health Services Executive, Meath Disability Services invite tender responses from suitability qualified providers for 5 bed HIQA registered Respite Services Centre, provided as 5 bed dwelling or 4 bed dwelling with single occupancy apartment, serving approximately 80 service users. The service will open 7 nights per week in line with the National Service Plan 2023, for adults aged 18 years with Moderate to Severe Intellectual Disability, Physical and Sensory need and Autism. The service must also provide for Complex Care including medical care needs at periodic intervals which will be informed by service demands in Co. Meath. Lot Two: The Health Services Executive, Meath Disability Services invite tender responses from suitability qualified providers for 5 bed HIQA registered Respite Services Centre, provided as 5 bed dwelling or 4 bed dwelling with single occupancy apartment, serving approximately 80 service users. The Service will be open 7 nights per week in line with the National Service Plan 2023 for Children aged 6-17 years of age up to their 18th birthday with Moderate to Severe Intellectual Disability, Physical and Sensory needs and Autism. The service must also provide for Complex Care including medical care needs at periodic intervals which will be informed by service demands in Co. Meath.
