A Leadership Development programme for DAFM Staff. It is envisaged that the Leadership Development programme will consist of 10 sessions with groups of up to a maximum of 25 participants in each session. Each group of participants will be based in a single Business Area in DAFM. Groups will be comprised of Principal Officer, Assistant Principal Officer, Higher Executive Officer, Administrative Officer (and equivalents for each of the grades listed). It is anticipated that each session will be a one-day programme. DAFM wishes to consider solutions that are innovative, that are cognisant of the latest research and findings in the study of adult learning and that can enhance leaders’ understanding of how to best take action to develop new behaviours. DAFM are seeking a proven capability in the latest scientific developments and advancements in the field of neuroscience and leadership.
