The HRB require the following services to be provided from December 2023 to December 2026. • Provision of an early warning communication system is to facilitate the management of drug-related threats to public health in Ireland and for reporting such threats to the EMCDDA through easy access to information from all stakeholders. Support and maintenance of this system for the three year period. • The key requirements of the system are: • Development of a computerised data collection and communication system • Allowing information entry and uploading of attachments (pictures, diagrams, and PDF) by stakeholders at multiple locations. • Allowing storage for reports and attachments (repository) by Ireland • Allowing different levels of access and editing rights via its user management system. • Reporting system supporting delivery of outputs to specified stakeholders. • A hosting environment providing complete user management support.
