In pursuit of operational optimization, the company is in the process of transitioning from manual production methods to the integration of automated breadline systems, leveraging advanced smart technology to enhance efficiency, bolster production capacities to meet surging consumer requirements, and augment profitability. The primary product line of the company comprises traditional sourdough bread, which is characterized by its minimalistic composition of three fundamental ingredients: flour, water, and salt. Notably, this sourdough bread formulation eschews the use of active yeast and undergoes a protracted cold-proofing period of up to 24 hours, fostering the development of natural cultures through an extended fermentation process.
