The primary product line of the company comprises traditional sourdough bread, which is characterized by its minimalistic composition of three fundamental ingredients: flour, water, and salt. Notably, this sourdough bread formulation eschews the use of active yeast and undergoes a protracted cold-proofing period of up to 24 hours, fostering the development of natural cultures through an extended fermentation process. Presently, we are actively soliciting quotations from reputable system manufacturers capable of delivering a bread production line that adheres to our exacting specifications while accommodating high-volume production.
