The Port of Cork Company (POCC) wishes to enter into a contract for Design and Build services for the installation of a minimum of 170KW of Solar PV for the Port of Cork Company on three separate locations at the Ringaskiddy Port. The three separate PV arrays will be in the following locations owned by the Port of Cork Company • Ringaskiddy Maintenance Building roof top array (roof area = approx. 1100m2) • Ringaskiddy Customs Building roof top array (roof area = approx. 550m2) • Ringaskiddy Ferry terminal – ground mounted array – Demountable ballasted system required (Ground area = approx. 200m2)
