The works are located in a semi basement in the location of the existing file storage area and old canteen General Description of the Works: The project comprises: 1. Providing office and meeting room accomodation and refurbishing access corridor including complete eletrical installation and ventilation system to meeting rooms. 2. Upgrading accessiblity including platform lift, tea station and toilets facilities 3. Siteworks to include ramped access to exits and access and base for AHU improving accessible at exits. The project will entail works within in an existing public building, which will be required to remain in operation. The site is located at College Road, Sligo , F91 T384.
