Westmeath County Council under funding provided by the Outdoor Recreational Infrastructure Scheme invites responses to this Request from Tenders (RFT) to undertake a Feasibility Study for the Provision of Services for the preparation of a feasibility study and detailed design for an Outdoor Recreational Facility at the existing closed Marlinstown Landfill Facility, Mullingar, Co Westmeath. This Feasibility Study will be project managed by a Lead Consultant which will have experience of preparing similar reports of similar size and scale.
