The Authorisation Scheme is now reopened (refers to as Round 2) to enable parties not already approved on the current scheme to apply to join the Authorisation Scheme. Interested parties are advised that although the process is being advertised on eTenders using the Open procedure that this is in fact a simple Authorisation Scheme and not subject to Directive 2014/24/EU.
