Description:
The Cork Docklands has been allocated €353,407,500 (€471,210,000 inclusive of 25 percent match funding). Urban Regeneration and Development Fund (URDF) for the implementation of enabling infrastructure. The project comprises multiple separate sub-projects including, transport, flood protection drainage, public realm and community infrastructure. The URDF allocation represents the funding to be deployed to deliver the initial tranches of enabling infrastructure scheduled for delivery within the lifetime of the current NDP. Cork City Council seeks to procure a consultant with expertise in financial and economic appraisals to prepare a Preliminary Business Case for the Cork Docklands project in accordance with the requirements of the Public Spending Codes.
