- A Multi-Party Operator Framework Agreement for building contractors for Dublin Fire Brigade Fire Station planned maintenance works. The works envisaged are station upgrade and refurbishment works, which are required to be completed promptly. With regard to the framework duration and estimated value, the limits that apply to the use of the TMRC with framework agreement are: (i) The maximum sum included in the contract shall not exceed €2.0m and; (ii) The maximum duration shall not exceed 2 years in the case of multi-party framework. The Multi Party Framework Agreement will be established using the Open Procedure. The Open Procedure operates as follows: Tender submissions will be assessed on a pass/fail basis against the criteria outlined in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire. Only submissions which meet the minimum requirements will be assessed on a Bill of Notional Quantities. The tenderers with the lowest tender prices will form the Multi-Party framework agreement with a maximum of 8 participants. Once the Framework has been established, the rates from the Bill of Notional Quantities will form the agreed framework rates which must be used for pricing projects up to €50,000 these projects will be appointed via option D of the framework rules “Call off in rotation”. Projects over an estimated value of €50,000 will be appointed on Option A “Mini-competition: all Framework Participants invited to tender”. The maximum rates chargeable by the Operator under a "Call-Off in rotation" shall be those identified in its Tender. Even if this Framework Agreement is established, the Contracting Authority, may operate outside the Framework and does not guarantee that any work will be procured under this Framework Agreement For further information please refer to documentation available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie Resource ID xxxxxxx – Input when notice created
