The purpose of the Framework Agreement is for the provision, design and delivery of Training Programmes with an initial contract awarded to the first ranked member in each Lot. Training programmes can vary in duration depending on content and delivery schedules. Typically, LEO operates a schedule including half day/one day workshops and longer-term programmes delivered over 5-7 weeks.
