- This consultancy is for an ex-ante assessment of a non-governmental organization to become a potential ‘Programmatic Partner’ of the European Commission Directorate General for Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO). Trócaire completed an initial ex-ante assessment in 2020 and have been awarded a ‘Humanitarian Partnership’ certificate. In order to be become a potential ‘Programmatic Partner (PP)’, Trócaire now needs an ex-ante assessment on the Additional Criteria covering PPs. For the FPA ex-ante assessment conducted in 2020, Trócaire had the following results: • Block 1: Minimum Requirements – Yes • Block 2: Additional Suitability Requirements – 9.97/10 This audited report will be shared with the successful tenderer.
