In addressing this skills gap, two target audiences have been identified: - Coaching Champions – who will have responsibility for driving a coaching culture within their organisations and will support Managers / Supervisors in any challenges they are facing in coaching their teams. - Managers / Supervisors / Team Leaders – these will have responsibility introducing a coaching approach into how they manage the performance of their teams.
