Members of Food Drink Ireland Skillnet have expressed a need of the importance of creating a coaching culture across their organisations and ensure Managers and Supervisors develop coaching skills in order to improve the performance of their teams. In addressing this skills gap, two target audiences have been identified: - Coaching Champions – who will have responsibility for driving a coaching culture within their organisations and will support Managers / Supervisors in any challenges they are facing in coaching their teams. - Managers / Supervisors / Team Leaders – these will have responsibility introducing a coaching approach into how they manage the performance of their teams.
