Request for Tenders to establish a Multi-party Framework Agreement for the delivery of the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Dublin City Training Services in four (4) Lots: Lot 1 – General Business Skills and Start your Own Business Programme Lot 2 - Marketing and Communication Skills Lot 3 - Financial Skills and The Trading Online Voucher Lot 4 – Management Development Programmes Lot 1: The Contracting Authority is seeking the delivery of training for individuals across a number of business programmes. Lot 2: The Contracting Authority is seeking the delivery of training for individuals across a number of marketing and communications programmes, including social media. Lot 3: The Contracting Authority is seeking the delivery of training for individuals across a number of business finance programmes and workshops. Lot 4: The Contracting Authority is seeking the delivery of management development programmes to build on SME owners / managers leadership skills Tenderers should note that this Competition is being run under Regulation 74 of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (the “Regulations”), and accordingly is subject only to limited aspects of the Regulations.
