This Tender is to establish a Single Supplier Framework of MEP Project Engineering Services for Works at Tyndall National Institute, UCC to whom specific tasks will be awarded on an exclusive basis based on the terms of a framework agreement, a copy of which will be issued with the tender documents. The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the award of contract for the role of MEP Project Engineering Services based on 37.5 hours per week for 92 weeks (taking cognizance of annual leave) over a 24-month duration with the option of 2 further extensions of 12 months The project engineer will have a Mechanical, Process, Building Services, Energy Management background and will be working primarily on utility upgrade and energy reduction projects. He, she will report directly to an appointed member of the Tyndall Facilities team and will assist the appointed member with the day to day management of the projects including liaising with project stakeholders and coordinating the activities of consultants, contractors and the Tyndall Teams (Facilities, Maintenance, SP and S and Tyndall general public).
