- The Castlelands Development is a key strategic project located in Balbriggan, Co Dublin and is part of the LDA’s wider mandate to develop a range of housing options, including affordable sale, cost rental and social housing with both houses and apartments. The proposed Infrastructure Works consist of a new Link Street connecting the Castlelands roundabout to the R127, an Overpass of the existing Railway line, Raised Junction with the R127 and associated site development works to enable the future construction of the proposed residential units.
