The professional service required by the Department involves the design and management of the fit out project, including the procurement of a general contractor and other services required during the design and construction stages of the project, resulting in the delivery a completed office space. The fit out will require an innovative design solution that reflects and projects contemporary Ireland in the United Kingdom.
