The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to perform the following duties: The works of the renovation of the CCU and Clonfert Areas of University Hospital Kerry will comprise minor works of but not limited to construction, electrical, plumbing and heating services; flooring, ceilings and complete redecoration. These works will be carried out in a live environment. Carry out the role of PSCS for the duration of the project. Further details of the Contracting Entity's requirements are provided in Section 3.
