The Provision of Cold Chain Services for Haemophilia and related bleeding disorders. The CA will be tendering for the Provision of Cold Chain Services of Coagulation Factor Concentrates for Haemophilia and Coagulation Patient Management Programme to include the acute Hospital Supply Service and to patient homes located within the Republic of Ireland. Tenderers must have the following; A valid Hospital Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) License to store and distribute Pharmaceutical Products. A valid Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) Pharmacy License to dispense i.e. In-house Pharmacy. Relevant licences should be available, in particular European Medicines Agency at commencement of the contract.
