Description:
The new neuronavigation system will be used as part of electrophysiological research of the brain in healthy individuals and those with neurodegenerative/neurological disorders in the School of Medicine, TCD. A state-of-the-art neuronavigation system (hardware and software included) is required which allows for precision tracking, in real time, of the position of neurostimulation/neurorecording devices (including transcranial magnetic stimulation coils or electroencephalography cap, capable of supporting at least two TMS coils simultaneously), as well as an individual's head and brain in 3D space with functionality for unlimited overlays.
